    The Committee on Economic Development and Small Business moved to amend the bill on page five, section twenty-a, following line eleven, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows, and renumbering the remaining subdivision:

    “(4) Moneys shall be provisionally allocated to each coalbed methane nonproducing county equally.”; and

    On page six, section twenty-a, line twenty-three, following the word “subsection”, by inserting “equally among the coalbed methane nonproducing counties”; and

    On page seven, section twenty-a, line eight, following the words “distribute the”, by striking the word “provisional”; and

    On page seven, section twenty-a, line nine, following the word “county”, by inserting the words “as determined pursuant to subsections (f) and (g) of this section”.
